Originally built by Peter Wales, this Scalehouse Bell 212 is
done in the U.S. Airforce VIP transport scheme of the
UH-1N. The picture to the right is of the full scale subject.
The aircraft was purchased by me as part of an estate sale
and was without 1/2 of the mechanics and had suffered
severe damage in a move from coast to coast. Work to redo
the machine included completely rebuilding/glassing the nose,
replacing all nose windows, redoing rivets, installing and
testing complete mechanics and re-painting and clearing.
Thank GOD Peter had a couple of oz. of spare blue!!!!!!
